Types of Motorhomes Available in Kyle / South Austin
American Dream Vacations @ RV Land

Class A Motorhomes:
These bus-style RVs typically range from 30 to 41 feet in length and provide spacious living areas, large storage capacity, and premium features.
A regular Class C driver’s license is all that’s required! No special license needed.

*Class C Motorhomes:
Also called 'cab-over' RVs, Class C motorhomes feature an over-the-cab sleeping or storage area and range from 23 to 31 feet in length.
They’re a popular choice for families and first-time renters.

*Class B and B+ Motorhomes:
Class B RVs are compact, fuel-efficient motorhomes built on van chassis like the Ford Transit or Mercedes Sprinter.

Class B+ models feature larger interiors with extended living space while remaining nimble on the road.

*Diesel Pushers:
Our most luxurious and powerful option, diesel pushers are driven by rear-mounted diesel engines and typically measure 36 to 42 feet.
They’re ideal for longer trips, upscale comfort, and smooth highway performance.

TRAVEL TRAILERS

Travel trailers are towable RVs—essentially homes you pull behind your vehicle. While most states do not allow passengers to ride inside a trailer while it’s being towed, they offer a major advantage:
Once you arrive at your destination, you can unhitch the trailer and use your vehicle independently.

All of our travel trailers include:

- Full kitchens

- Bathrooms

- Many feature private bedrooms or bunkhouse-style sleeping options

**Travel trailers generally fall into three main styles:
Conventional Travel Trailers – Standard towable RVs with slide-outs, full amenities, and a wide range of sizes

Toy Haulers – Trailers with rear garage areas for hauling motorcycles, ATVs, or gear

Lightweight/Ultra-Lite Models – Designed for easier towing with SUVs or half-ton trucks, without sacrificing comfort

GENERAL RENTAL INFORMATION

  All of our motorhomes can be driven with a standard Class C driver’s license—no special endorsement required.

  Each unit includes, at minimum:

  • Generator (110V power)

  • Dash & roof air conditioning

  • Cruise control, tilt steering, AM/FM stereo with CD

  • TV antenna with power booster (most units include at least one TV)

  • Furnace, water heater, fresh water and waste tanks

  • Fully equipped kitchen with sink, stove, microwave, and refrigerator/freezer

  • Private bathroom with toilet, shower, and sink

  • Beds and sleeping areas based on floorplan

  • Storage closets and cabinetry

  🔧 What’s Included with Your Rental:

  • Full fuel tank (unless noted; document fuel level if not full)

  • Full fresh water tank

  • Minimum ½ tank of propane

  • Empty waste tanks

  • RV Starter Kit, including:

    • 1 roll of RV toilet tissue

    • 1 bottle of toilet chemical

    • Fresh water drinking hose

    • Water pressure regulator

    • 10 ft. sewer hose

    • 30A to 15A electrical adapter (not for A/C use)

    • 50A to 30A adapter

    • Donut seal (no 90° elbow or coax provided)

  • Fridge cooled, water heater lit, and systems tested

  • Interior & exterior cleaned

  • All beds disinfected between rentals

  🛡️ Insurance Coverage

  Insurance is included with your rental.
  This provides:

  • Collision coverage for accidents involving another automobile

  • Liability insurance at Texas Financial Responsibility Limits

  The renter is responsible for the first $3,500 of any collision-related loss.
  This may be reduced to $2,500 by purchasing Collision Deductible Reduction (CDR).

  ⚠️ Damage caused by negligence, misuse, or non-collision incidents (e.g., hitting a tree, deer, or post) is not covered. Consult your insurance carrier for supplemental options.

  📋 Rental Policies

  Pickup & Return Times – Kyle Location:

  • Mon–Fri Pickup: 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.

  • Saturday Pickup: 11:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

  • Daily Return: Before 11:00 a.m.

  Mileage Allowance:

  • Rentals under 1 week: 100 miles per day included

  • Rentals 1 week or longer: 150 miles per day included

  • Extra miles: $0.45 per mile

  Generator Use:
  Unlimited generator usage for a $5.00 per day flat fee
  (No hourly charges or hidden fees)

  Damage Deposit:

  • $500 due at pickup

  • Non-U.S. residents: +$2,000 refundable deposit
    Refunds issued within 10 business days for undamaged returns

  Rates:
  3-day minimum. 1–2 day rentals available with a short-term surcharge.

  Roadside Assistance:
  Included 24/7 with every rental.

  Digital Rental Handbook:
  Every unit includes a clear, easy-to-read guide for operating all major systems.

  We protect our renters from unfair charges by thoroughly documenting unit condition before departure:

  • Full walk-through inspection

  • Time-stamped photos

  • Checkout video recording

  🐾 Pet Policy

  We are a pet-friendly rental company.
  There’s no added deposit or pet cleaning fee, but renters are responsible for any pet-related damage or messes.

  • $300 reservation deposit due at time of booking

  • Full rental balance due before departure

  Rates range from $90 to $200 per night, with discounted weekly and monthly pricing available.

  Renters must use a properly equipped tow vehicle with:

  • Electric brake controller

  • 7-way RV plug
    We’ll confirm your setup during booking.

  Damage Deposit:

  • $200 for U.S. residents

  • +$2,000 for non-U.S. residents
    Refunded within 10 business days if the unit is returned undamaged.

  Rental Duration:

  • 3-day minimum

  • 1–2 day rentals available with a short-term surcharge

  Mileage:
  There are no mileage charges on towable units!
